Kirby specializes in all things Real Estate. Not only does she enjoy helping her clients on the sales side, but has a true passion for managing single-family homes and small income properties. Graduating from St Petersburg College with a Bachelors in Management and Organizational Leadership, she has a very strong work ethic and understands the importance of communication. Kirby ran a personal security business at the age of 19 and is no stranger to making financial decisions. As an investor of rental properties herself, she understands the landlord’s perspective. In 1883, Aaron M. Richey arrived from St. Joseph, Missouri, and settled near the mouth of the Pithlachascotee River. He established a post office in his home on July 9, 1884.
Port Richey was incorporated as a municipality in 1925, in response to the incorporation of New Port Richey the previous year. The name Port Richey is older than the name New Port Richey, as the post offices were established in 1884 and 1915, respectively.
