As a Residential Asset Manager for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Florida Properties Group, he will tell anyone that will listen that he loves what he does! He is passionate about all aspects of his career. He provides great customer care, attention
to even the smallest detail and is very focused on communication. He is quite skilled with solving maintenance issue on the properties he manages and lending a hand to the other managers in need of assistance with the myriad of repair requests
that arise daily.
Tom holds the RMP® Designation (Residential Management Professional) through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Taking this extra step to enhance his professional development shows his commitment to his clients.
He also serves as Chairman of on The Property Management and Leasing Council of the Pinellas Realtor Organization. The council's objective is to provide educational opportunities to professionals in the property management community. Tom recently
accepted the position of Education Chair of the NARPM® State Chapter. Tom's involvement with NARPM is his way of giving back to the organization and its members for all the guidance they have provided along the way.
Tom loves to learn about the newest technology and is a resource for those around him needing help with any new phone, computer etc. that comes along.

Nicole was born and raised in South Jersey area. Her Mom and Dad owned a small Real Estate Business there, which is where her love for Real Estate began at a young age. Nicole worked in the Education field for the local school district there for more than 15 years. She then got her New Jersey Real Estate license in 2012, where she helped with her family’s business. Nicole made the trip down to Florida in 2019 for a new adventure and to start a fulltime career in Real Estate, focusing on Property Management. Nicole is active in her local school district here in Florida and dedicated to her new career in Real Estate Property Management. Nicole is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Management. She is dedicated to her clients, with a strong attention to detail. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her family, friends, taking walks and going to the Beach. She is excited to be a part of the Berkshire Hathaway team and looking forward to helping families with their Real Estate needs.
