Kim has been a licensed Realtor® for over 15 years. She has been in property management for 9 years. Kim obtained her broker's license 4 years ago and at that time joined Berkshire Hathaway Florida Properties Group. Kim brought a portfolio with her when she joined, and took over another portfolio for a manager that left suddenly. Kim loves working with investors both small and large and especially enjoys working with first time rental property owners. With her years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, Kim has experienced the highs and lows of this industry. She has helped her clients survive the extreme down turn in the market and come out the other end with rental income and increased equity.
